I am Amanda Bartolotta, an American Veteran and the Founder of Red Line Project LLC. Using graph analytics, pattern recognition, and AI-assisted compliance testing, I convert fragmented data and evidence into actionable intelligence aligned with antitrust, fraud, racketeering, and unfair-competition statutes.
My role is not advocacy, but enforcement support. I provide investigation-ready evidence, legal-theory alignment, and strategic analytical leverage to assist attorneys general, law firms, investigators, and policymakers in developing cases efficiently, targeting compulsory process precisely, and pursuing durable structural remedies. In an environment where coordinated misconduct increasingly exploits technological and bureaucratic blind spots, I have built the tools and methodologies necessary to illuminate the full network of activity and support decisive action to dismantle it.
